I'm Peruvian and read your post :...Hi Sherman,<br /><br />I'm Peruvian and read your post :) El Inka Deli is owned by Peruvians so their forte is definitely on the Peruvian food, you should go back & try some of their plates like Seco de Cordero and Causa Limena, which are exquisite intro's to Peruvian 101 cuisine :) Trust me you will come back! It's very hard to find a good Peruvian restaurant abroad & I must say we Peruvians are a demanding clientele so when I say this restaurant has captured the true flavours of Peruvian cuisine I mean it.
