I've never eaten at TangThai so i can't say if it taste authentic or not but the satay sauce in Thailand have no chunk. That's the way it suppose to be. Creamy thick oilly sweet and salty peanut sauce.

The tiny pea-like things are actually pea eggplants (not figs) - a common ingredient in Thai cuisine.

My wife and I like it a lot. Their beef salad is great, though it is quite spicy. Last time we went, it was with our two boys, and we were able to sample 4 entrees. Good stuff.
